The waight loss is slow going because it still requires self control and exersize and I am self indulgent and lazy. and I love food.

Still, the Lap-band restricts enough of my intake that I am losing waight from the reduction in my consumption.

On a side note...

My Husband is coming back from his Naval Tour, and I am both excited and agitated. Excited because I miss him, and agitated that I haven't kept up on cleaning the house and doing the yard work like he wanted.
I also have more pets than when he left. 6 Betta's, and a new cat.
I also spent more money than I should have. (sigh)

It is what it is, and I am going to do my best to at least make sure the house is not a pig sty when he get's home.
He's the "white glove" kinda guy too. He woule love for it all to be squeaky clean and sterile, but he also knows who he married. LOL.
